Unexpected Encounter 💁🏻♂️
I ran into Matteo, who also happened to book the same event as me. We played Shallow Sea together, and I kicked his ass!

Board Games
Barkeeps Bones
Takes Liar's Dice and adds a lot of twists. It plays very well with fewer than six players, which Liar's Dice does not.
Bosa
Tableau-building game based on a 4×4 grid where each card generates or consumes resources for victory points.
Compress
A cooperative memory game where each player takes turns recalling the order of the face-down cards. Players can only use hint cards to help others remember the card sequence.
Dogfight 1917
Airplane combat game using cards and tactical play.
Kobayakawa
Bidding system based on who has the highest card. Interesting and engaging.
Oracle
Trick-taking game where you must correctly bid how many tricks you'll win along with a randomized conditional event. If your bid is wrong, you lose bid tokens.
Qork
Reaction game where, if the dealer rolls a 7 or doubles, the other players must yank their cork before the dealer traps it.
Shallow Sea
Tableau-building game where players place tiles and fishes to activate corals by drafting the corresponding column containing both a tile and a fish.
Street Fighter: The Miniatures Game
Simulates Street Fighter combat by moving characters, rolling dice, and playing cards. My E. Honda was defeated by Sagat with a Tiger combo.
Tatsumi
A simple yet strategic game that feels like a deeper version of Harmonies. Players take turns moving dragons around the grid to collect tokens for their tableau and score points.
Warp 99
Quick and simple game where you try to get rid of your cards by matching them to one of three piles, each with its own rules.
World Wonders
Tile-placement game where buildings fit together like Tetris to meet the prerequisites for placing Wonders.

Putty Golf 🏌🏻♂️
