We stayed at a shitty VRBO place for 2 nights for a total of $223.

Union Station 🪞🪢⛳️
Union Station is a great place for entertainment, specifically kids. We did the mirror maze and rope course. The mirror maze takes about ~15 minutes to complete, but is super fun! The rope course felt more like a playground with heights. There is a zip line as well. The challenging part wasn't the rope course but really the heights aspects and the playground got redundant.

City Museum 🏚
City Museum can take between 2-4 hours to finish exploring the entire place. There are 4 levels and an outdoor course. The idea is to explore this architectural maze with paths leading to many paths. You may find a hidden entrance to cool rooms or slides. Hint: There is a 10 story slide ;) There are options to crawl, squeeze in tight spots, climbing, stairs, elevator.



Mud House 🫖☕️🍞🍳
Mud House had such high reviews on yelp. We ordered the French Toast and the English breakfast. The food was okay and the espresso was very sour. We wouldn't come back.





Balkan Treat Box 🥙🍚
Balkan Treat Box has such delicious food. There was a long line inside and but it goes by pretty fast. Jacki ordered the Vegetarian Pide and I ordered the Spicy Beef Lahmacun. The Sutlija is rice pudding with some aromatics. People love it! However, after 7 bites, I had enough.

Wain's Wedding 👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️🏛
The ceremony and reception took place at the St. Louis Art Museum. Jewish weddings are so much fun!

Polite Society ☕️🍤🍳🥪🥑
We met up with our former roommate and friend at Polite Society.

  • Shrimp and Grits - very tasty grits.
  • Chorizo Avocado Benedict - egg benedict is always yummy and it could have used more chorizo.
  • Avocado Toast - Dominique loves it!
