Ingredients

  • 1 head of kale
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Wash and dry the kale
  3. Remove and trash the rib
  4. Cut the kale into medium pieces
  5. Toss the kale leaves into a baking pan and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  6. Bake until crisp, ~15 minutes.
