Ingredients
- 1 head of kale
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Ground pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Wash and dry the kale
- Remove and trash the rib
- Cut the kale into medium pieces
- Toss the kale leaves into a baking pan and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Bake until crisp, ~15 minutes.
